What Happens After You Submit a Form

Once your request comes through, here’s how it goes:

We review your request. Someone on our team reads your submission and sends it to the office that covers your area: Virginia, Quebec, or Alberta.

We get in touch. We’ll confirm we’ve received it and follow up on anything that needs clarifying, usually the size of the space, what’s currently on the ground, and your timeline.

We arrange a site visit. For most projects, seeing the space in person is what lets us quote it accurately rather than approximately.

You receive a written quote. It covers materials, site preparation, installation, and timeline.

What the Site Visit Covers

Two backyards of identical size can need very different work, which is why we look at the space before quoting. During the visit we assess:

Measurements. Exact square footage, plus slopes, curves, and edges. Irregular shapes affect how much material gets cut and wasted, and that affects cost.

The existing surface. Natural grass, bare soil, concrete, or aging turf each call for different removal and preparation. This is often the largest variable between two otherwise similar projects.

Drainage. Where water currently collects and how it moves across the site. Getting this right at the base layer is what determines whether a surface stays usable after heavy rain.

Access. Whether our equipment and materials can reach the area, and what route they’ll take. Tight access changes the labour involved.

How you’ll use it. A soccer pitch, a putting green, a dog run, and a children’s play area need different fibre heights, densities, and infill. Telling us the intended use is the single most useful thing you can share.

It’s also your opportunity to ask about materials, warranties, and turf maintenance.

Getting in Touch Faster

The form is the best way to start a detailed project conversation. If you need an answer quickly or just have a question, calling is faster; you can find our numbers below or visit our contact page.

Before You Submit

Your quote will be faster and more accurate if you can tell us the approximate square footage, what’s on the ground now, what you’ll use the space for, and your target start date. Photos help a lot. If you don’t have those details yet, submit anyway and we’ll work them out together.
